CNC Turning
Our turning centers handle diameters from fractional to 24" and lengths up to 60". We run multi-axis live tooling for milled features in a single setup — reducing handling and maintaining concentricity on complex valve bodies, shafts, and downhole components.

CNC Milling
From simple prismatic blocks to complex 5-axis contoured surfaces, our milling centers handle the full range. We run high-feed roughing and finish passes in the same setup, holding positional tolerances on bolt patterns, bores, and critical mating surfaces.

Boring
Precision boring for critical bore diameters in hydraulic cylinders, valve bodies, and pump housings. We achieve bore geometry and surface finish specifications that meet or exceed OEM requirements for sealing and wear performance.

Manual Turning
Our manual lathes handle jobs where CNC setup time isn't justified — prototype runs, field repair parts, and legacy components without digital prints. Experienced machinists run diameters up to 24" and lengths up to 120" with the same attention to tolerance as our CNC work.

Thread Cutting
We cut API, ACME, buttress, and custom thread forms on both OD and ID. Our thread inspection includes go/no-go gauging and optical comparator verification. Critical for downhole tool connections, pressure fittings, and valve stems.
