Niagara is lead by Ed Haynor who purchased the company in 1999. During his tenure, with the assistance of Office Manager Jeff Horchler several improvements have been made to the production process. This includes an inspection process to make sure that the highest quality standards are met and a host of value added services to make the project complete.
